The Eliminator Temporarily Inaccessible in Forza Horizon 6
We temporarily disabled matchmaking for The Eliminator in Forza Horizon 6 while we investigate a credits exploit used in this game mode and develop a fix.
We’ve put together the following FAQ to update you all on where we’re currently at with restoring access to The Eliminator and our plan to rollback credits illegitimately gained by players using this exploit.
Q: When will The Eliminator be playable again?
We currently plan to reintroduce The Eliminator as soon as possible as part of a hotfix, which will address the credits exploit.
Q: Are you planning a makegood for players?
Yes! As a gesture of goodwill, and due to the inconvenience of disabling The Eliminator over the weekend, we're giving all Forza Horizon 6 players the 2021 McLaren Sabre. This vehicle will be distributed once access to The Eliminator has been restored, and can be redeemed from the in-game Message Center (under the ‘Gifts’ tab).
Q: What will happen to players who used the exploit?
Players found participating in the exploit will have their accounts restored to a maximum of 10 million credits. As this error was on our side, no further action will be taken.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we take steps to preserve the integrity of the in-game economy.
