This does not include Festival Playlist reward cars, Car Pack cars, or other DLC add-on cars.
What is the Autoshow Car Voucher retail price?
- Autoshow Car Vouchers will be available in bundles of 4, 10, and 24 vouchers, which will be priced for USD $4.99 / GBP £3.99 / EUR €4.99, USD $9.99 / GBP £7.99 / EUR €9.99, and USD $19.99 / GBP £14.99 / EUR €19.99 respectively (Prices may vary across platforms).
How do the Autoshow Car Vouchers work?
- After you purchase an Autoshow Car Voucher, you will be able to exchange it for an Autoshow car within the game without having to use credits.
What cars will I be able to acquire using Autoshow Car Vouchers?
- You will be able to redeem each voucher for one Autoshow car only.
- You cannot acquire any rewards from the Festival Playlist using vouchers.
- You cannot acquire DLC cars using vouchers unless your account owns the associated DLC.
Where can I buy Autoshow Car Vouchers?
- You will be able to purchase them at any time through the Store tab of the Pause Menu.
If I buy an Autoshow Car Voucher with my Steam/Microsoft account, can I use it on my Microsoft/Steam account?
- Car vouchers should be usable via cross-save, but must be redeemed in game on the platform they were purchased on first. For example: if you purchase car vouchers from the Xbox Store you must load your save on an Xbox console or Xbox on PC first.
I bought Autoshow Car Vouchers but I’m not seeing them show up for my account in-game, where are they?
- If bought in-game, vouchers should show up after a few minutes. If bought outside the game, they should be applied to your account upon next log-in.
- Your Autoshow Voucher amount can be viewed when purchasing a car from the Autoshow
- Go to a festival location or one of your homes
- Enter the location
- Go to the Buy & Sell Tab
- Select Autoshow
- Select a car you want
- Select the design livery or paint
- Press A to select as though you are buying the car
- A prompt will appear to confirm if you want to buy the car for credits or use vouchers.
- This prompt will display your voucher count
- You can back out "Cancel" out of this menu if you do not want to buy the car.
Why can’t I sell or auction a car I got using Autoshow Car Vouchers?
- Cars you obtain by redeeming vouchers are linked to your account and cannot be given away by any means, including via gift drops or the Auction House
How do I get back a car voucher car if I delete it or remove it from my garage?
- Go to a house and open the house menu
- Go to Buy & Sell
- Select Voucher Cars
- The deleted or missing car should say "Reclaim"
- Press A to select the car
- At the reclaim prompt select Yes to reclaim the car
- Select a car livery/paint and confirm the choices.
- Wait for the game to save
- Drive your car
