The Forza Feedback Portal is an evolution of the existing Troubleshooting Hub and Suggestions Hub that were hosted on the official Forza Forums.
You can access the Forza Feedback Portal at www.forza.net/feedback. You will also be able to navigate there via Forza Horizon 6’s in-game Settings menu.
To post new topics or upvote existing posts, you will first need to create a new Atlassian account – separate from your Xbox Gamertag and Microsoft account.
Making an Atlassian account is totally free. When first navigating the Portal menus you will be prompted to "Enter your email to log in or sign up." After entering an email address the next field will prompt you for Full Name – this will be visible to others so we suggest that you enter your gamertag or other nickname. You may update your name privacy settings at any time in your account Profile.
Now that you’re signed in, you can begin browsing the topics that have been already created. The Forza Feedback Portal includes hubs for individual games: Forza Horizon 6, Forza Horizon 5 and Forza Motorsport. Within these you will find topics for the following:
- Gameplay Bugs
- Car Specific Bugs
- Gameplay Suggestions
- Car Model Suggestions
- Brand Upgrade Part Suggestions
- Partnerships & Merch Suggestions
Here you can upvote topics for suggestions that you would also like to see in the future, as well as bugs that you are also experiencing in the game. If you cannot find an existing suggestion or bug report for the problem you are having, you can create a new topic to share that feedback with us. Please include only one idea per and clearly describe it in the title and in comments. To ensure accurate vote tracking, we ask that you do not post a combination of ideas or lists of suggestions. In addition, use the right category so players and developers can find what they’re looking for.
For our monitoring and processing, “bugs” are issues with the game not working as intended and affecting gameplay across multiple players. Feedback about items that you feel should be changed or improved, but are not game breaking, should be put in the Suggestions menu.
With bug reports, we’re looking for detailed reproduction steps in order to effectively investigate issues. When creating a report, dropdowns will allow you to select the platform you’re using. If you’re experiencing the same issue as an existing report, comments should also include your platform. Other details in the comments should include: confirmation that you’ve attempted a device reboot (or GPU driver rollback) that did not resolve the issue; the date and time you first encountered the issue; the car and game mode you were in; and steps that reproduce the issue reliably.
The Forza team will update topics with a Status to indicate progress on resolving bugs.
To open a new bug or suggestion topic, scroll down to the end of the page and click “Report a bug” or “add Suggestion.” From there you can fill out the summary, description, and include an image relevant to your submission.
Remember to be as specific and clear as possible with your request, and double check the existing submissions from other players in case your bug or suggestion has already been shared on the Forza Feedback Portal. The guidance you should always follow is:
- Search existing request to upvote and comment on with your details before creating a new request.
- One issue per topic (no combo lists)
- Use a specific title to describe the issue
- Provide steps to reproduce the issue
- Status will be updated by Developers
To upvote an existing topic that has already been created by another player, select it from the list of open issues and click the upvote button to add your support.
As new features and fixes are introduced into Forza Horizon 6, we’ll be sure to highlight the new additions that are inspired by your feedback. Introducing a new feature or change into a game isn’t an easy process. It requires concepts and prototyping, development time and testing, and continuous iteration until it ships. Game dev is never a linear process, so whenever we greenlight one of the community’s ideas, it might be some time before it shows up in the game.
